Traceable and Transparent

Cultivate Better

We’re driven not only by what we make and how we make it, but also by the people we work with and the relationships we cultivate with farmers, suppliers, and customers.

Building transparent, resilient, quality-focused supply chains through impactful, long-term relationships that support cocoa farmers, their communities and the environment.

Purpose & Action
Cultivate Better begins with a clear foundation for responsible sourcing and is carried forward through a thoughtful, long‑term approach that guides how we work across our supply chain. We’re committed to building a thriving, resilient cocoa sector — one that supports farmers, strengthens communities, and cares for the environment, today and for generations to come.

Built alongside our farming communities and partners, these pillars bring our day-to-day commitments to life—and set the stage for the work that follows.

Our Framework

Global partnership with governments, exporters, cooperatives, farmers to build capacity.
